What is pressotherapy?

Pressotherapy uses Normatec compression: sleeves that inflate and release in sequence, moving pressure along the limb. This dynamic, targeted compression supports circulation and lymphatic drainage, and many clients use it to reduce fatigue and the feeling of heaviness in the legs after training, travel, or long days on their feet.

Sessions are 20 minutes, seated and fully clothed, with compression for hips, arms, and legs possible.
