Salt Bath & Floatation Therapy
in Bandra West
A 45-minute float in magnesium-rich water, in a quiet, candlelit room at our recovery studio in Bandra West, Mumbai.

What is a salt bath?
The salt bath is a 45-minute float in a zero gravity, sensory deprivation environment using magnesium-rich water. The density of the water supports the body completely, taking load off muscles and joints, while the quiet of the room allows the nervous system to reset. Many clients use it for deep relaxation, stress, and recovery between training days.
At Align by Ami, the salt bath sits within a structured recovery system, designed to complement osteopathy and strength training.
