This depends on your goals. Some clients incorporate recovery alongside training, while others use it as needed. As a general guide, we often recommend 2 recovery sessions per week.
Towels and bathrobes are provided. Changing and shower facilities are available.
The sauna is kept at 45-60 degrees Celsius, and the cold plunge at 5-8 degrees Celsius.

Most recovery therapies are well tolerated. Some people may experience temporary sensations such as warmth, cold sensitivity, or mild fatigue as the body responds.
We recommend showering after contrast therapy or salt bath sessions for comfort. Facilities are available at the clinic.
Salt bath, pressotherapy, and cold wave therapy can be beneficial during pregnancy. However, it is recommended to consult your healthcare professional. Contrast therapy is not recommended during pregnancy.
